CAMPANELLI BROTHERS-BUILT RANCH IN SCHAUMBURG, IL JUST SOLD!

My listing at 121 Grand Central Ln. in Schaumburg, IL is officially sold! This was a bittersweet situation for the sellers as it was a family estate sale of a beloved home. During our market analysis review I provided them with a “do nothing, list as it is” value, as well as a higher value combined with a checklist of improvements to make. After thinking it over they decided to go forward with making my suggested renovations and we listed this beautifully renovated Campanelli Brothers-built ranch. A gorgeous kitchen update was done with blue grey cabinets, beautiful white backsplash and counters and wood accents were added with shelving. The entire home was painted in a pretty neutral color, wood porcelain tile laid and bedrooms were re-carpeted. They also updated the bathrooms in classic white cabinets and tile. Updating a home takes effort, but it pays off in the current environment where the majority of buyers want a move-in ready house. I am so happy for my sellers as they close this chapter and wish the best to its new owners.

Not only was the house itself great but talk about an amazing location! There is a beautiful pond out past the open backyard and Terada Park adjacent to the home. This house is also located right down the street from Schaumburg High School and a short walk from Campanelli Park.

This was such a fun house to stage, the beauty it already had was easy to accentuate. I brought in some furniture, rugs, plants and lots of accessories. This is a great example of how staging really helps sell a house. Below are a few before and after shots and some other photos of the home.

I am passionate about what I do and love sharing these experiences. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, click on the “schedule a consultation” link at the top of the page. I look forward to talking to you!

Check out the original rendering of the home that the sellers were able transfer to the new buyers. I hope this brochure gets passed along indefinitely!…
